About the role

Our restaurants are places where hospitality, quality, and teamwork come together. Behind the scenes, everything revolves around structure, clarity, and strong support. That is why we are looking for a Personnel and administrative support officer who ensures that our HR processes run smoothly.

In this role, you are an important link within our organization. You will provide support in the field of human resources and carry out various administrative tasks on the island in support of our head office in the Netherlands. You contribute to the careful organization of our daily operations and ensure that new colleagues feel welcome from day one.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing employment contracts and personnel documentation;
• Coordinating and managing the onboarding of new colleagues;
• Managing personnel administration in Nostradamus, primarily related to staff scheduling and time registration;
• Acting as a point of contact for colleagues regarding HR-related matters;
• Processing sick leave, vacation requests, personnel changes, and onboarding and offboarding;
• Submitting monthly personnel changes to our payroll provider CATC;
• Providing support with various administrative and financial tasks that must be handled on-site.

You work accurately, are reliable, and have a strong sense of organization. You enjoy working with people, making them feel at home, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming start within the company. You are proactive, communicate clearly, and can adapt quickly.
