We help organizations to be successful by creating happy- and high-performing employees through enabling a continuous dialogue. We are on an ambitious trajectory to grow to 1250 customers in the coming years (our BHAG).

The Role and team

The current Dialog team consists of around 30 people and is expected to grow in the coming years. As people are at our core and drive our success, we're looking for an HR Manager. You will be at the heart of fostering an exceptional workplace environment.

This role is critical in shaping employee experience and contributing significantly to our team's energetic and collaborative culture. You'll work closely together with the managing director, MT and all employees in this role.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a tech and/or scale-up environment.
• A true 'builder' and self-starter, comfortable setting up and managing both strategic initiatives and hands-on operational tasks.
• At least a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or any other relevant field.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Located or willing to commute to Utrecht, The Netherlands.
