At Gebr. Vermeer Industrial Movements, we specialize in moving, transporting and assembling machines and installations in various sectors. To ensure our projects run efficiently and smoothly, we are looking for a Planner Industrial Movements.

As a planner, you will ensure smart and orderly scheduling of both personnel and equipment. You have a coordinating role between clients, project leaders and implementation teams. With your organizational skills and stress-resistance, you ensure that projects fit together well and that people and resources are deployed optimally.

What will you do?

• Plan and coordinate industrial movements and transports
• Scheduling of personnel, equipment and transportation resources
• Liaise with clients, project managers and implementation teams
• Resolve scheduling challenges and process changes
• Thinking ahead and shifting gears in unexpected situations
• Monitor the progress of projects and ensure efficient execution
• Administrative processing of assignments.

This is a varied position in which you play an important role in the daily operations. No day is the same and flexible switching is essential!

Who are we looking for?

• A stress-resistant and solution-oriented planner
• Experience as a planner in the transportation, logistics or technical sector
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good at setting priorities and handling time pressure
• Experience with planning software or logistics systems is a plus
• Affinity with industrial moving, transportation or engineering
• Good command of the Dutch language, English or German is a plus

Experience as a planner is a great advantage, but even if you have experience in logistics or project coordination and would like to move into planning, we invite you to apply!
