Financial Analyst

Are you analytically strong, financially minded, and ready to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? For our plant in Bergen op Zoom, we are looking for an FinancialAnalyst who can turn financial insights into concrete improvements, driving efficiency and supporting growth.

What will you do?

As an Financial Analyst, you will be the financial sparring partner of the Plant Controller and Plant Managers (Bergen op Zoom & Innovation Center). You provide accurate analyses, sharp reports, and valuable advice that directly contribute to the plant's performance.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing and analyzing financial reports and forecasts.
• Supporting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting processes.
• Support colleagues with accounting matters.
• Performing cost analyses and contributing to accurate cost pricing.
• Monitoring CAPEX projects and ensuring clear project reporting.
• Identifying opportunities and risks and translating them into actionable steps.
• Actively contributing to process improvements and business continuity.

What do you bring?

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in a financial or controlling role
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Experience with SAP, Business Objects and accounting software is a plus.
• Structured, pragmatic, and able to set clear priorities.
• English, both written and spoken.
• Secondary modern languages including Dutch are considered advantageous.
