What are you looking for?

Software Engineer

What will you be doing with us?

Technotron is growing, which is why we are looking for a software engineer to complement our team. Together with your colleagues, you will program new systems, repair existing systems, and properly configure systems. You will be in close contact with all engineers. Together, you ensure the perfect solution for the customer.

Before writing the PLC code, you will create an FDS (Functional Design Specification). This document describes how the system will work. The FDS must be approved by the customer before you can proceed with programming. Therefore, it is important that you are skilled at clearly describing the steps you will follow in programming.

As a software engineer, you will also travel to clients to ensure the software integration goes as smoothly as possible. Plenty of challenges await!

Your expertise includes:

• Programming PLCs
• Creating FDS documents
• Testing developed software in practice
• Checking electrical diagrams

Additionally, you have:

• A degree/specialization in electrical engineering, IT, or control engineering
• A completed HBO (higher professional education) or MBO (secondary vocational education) degree complemented with work experience
• Knowledge and experience in programming according to IEC61131
• Knowledge of Parker IQAN and/or Danfoss Plus 1 is a plus
