What you will do

• Coach the Assembly foremen in their growth and leadership;

• Translate strategic goals into concrete improvement plans and innovations;

• Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues from Procurement, Engineering, and Quality;

• Respond to customer needs and new technological possibilities with fresh ideas;

• Take on improvement projects that make our production smarter, faster, and future-proof.

Job requirements

YOUR TALENTS

What you bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Business Administration;

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in production and leadership;

• You effortlessly combine strategic insight with a practical, hands-on approach;

• Strong communication skills and talent to motivate and inspire teams.
