    Als Procestechnoloog bij Holland Malt Eemshaven ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de kwaliteit van onze moutproductie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elk proces - van graan tot mout - optimaal verloopt. Met jouw technologische en technische kennis en inzichten en oog voor detail draag je bij aan onze ambitie om continu te verbeteren op het gebied van kwaliteit, energie en rendement.

    Je werkt in een omgeving waar vakmanschap, innovatie en duurzaamheid samenkomen. Je bent onderdeel van een hecht team binnen onze mouterij in Eemshaven, maar werkt ook regelmatig samen met collega's in Lieshout.

    Wat ga je doen?

    • Je bewaakt en borgt de kwaliteit van gerst en mout, en hebt overzicht over de prestaties van onze waterzuivering.

    • Je analyseert processen en zoekt continu naar manieren om onze productie slimmer, efficiënter en duurzamer te maken.

    • Je leidt en ondersteunt projecten gericht op procesoptimalisatie en energiebeheer.

    • Je werkt nauw samen met operators, technici en andere specialisten binnen de organisatie.

    • Je rapporteert dagelijks over productie, kwaliteit, energieverbruik en procesprestaties.

    • Je vertegenwoordigt de afdeling in overlegstructuren zoals het Moutoverleg en Kwaliteitsoverleg.

    Dit ben jij

    • Je beschikt over een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Levensmiddelentechnologie of Chemische Technologie.

    • Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de voedingsmiddelen- of procesindustrie.

    • Operationele kennis op een of meerdere van de volgende gebieden: levensmiddelen, procestechnologie, waterbehandeling/ afvalwaterzuivering, utilities en energiebeheer.

    • Een medewerker met sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met Excel en bij voorkeur andere data-analysetools. Verder heb je;

    • Ervaring met projectmanagement.

    • Een goede beheersing van het Engels; basiskennis van het Duits is een pré.

    • Je bent communicatief sterk, resultaatgericht en hebt een natuurlijke drive om te verbeteren.
