Are you the hard worker we are looking for? Become a production worker at Royal Swinkels!

For our client, Royal Swinkels, we are looking for several full-time production workers who are willing to roll up their sleeves and are not afraid of physical work.

As a production worker at Royal Swinkels, you will play an important role in the process. You will ensure that different types of beer bottles and pallets are sorted and destroyed in the correct manner. Throughout the day, you will move the pallets to various workstations and sort the bottles into the correct crates.

You will work from Monday to Friday, from 08:00-16:30, leaving your evenings and weekends free to enjoy your leisure time.

*This is a temporary position for approximately 2-3 months. After this assignment, we will look for another suitable position.*

After the tour...

You will follow the Flowsparks e-learning course after the tour, once both parties are satisfied. During this tour (approximately 1 hour), you will get a better idea of the company and the work involved.

If the tour goes well, you will complete the e-learning courses. These take approximately 3 hours in total. Please note that you will need to schedule approximately half a day (4 hours) for the tour and e-learning courses on this day.

The e-learning course covers topics such as company rules, problem solving and professional training.

Functie-eisen

• Available full-time from 08:00-16:30 hr
• Available immediately;
• Physically strong enough to perform heavy lifting tasks;
• Own transportation;

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Competitive salary of €16,69 per hour including ADV allowance and end-of-year bonus;
• A full-time job for 32-40 hours per week;
• 8,33% vacation pay;
• 10,92% vacation day accrual;
• Pension plan from the first day of work via STIPP;
• Travel allowance of €0,19 per kilometer from 10 km one way;
• Work clothing and work shoes are provided by Bavaria;

Every Wednesday and Friday afternoon, a staff get-together is organized, which you are always welcome to attend! It's always great fun.
