As our Procurement-Head of Contract Management, you will take ownership of our global contract management framework in Procurement - setting policies, solving high-impact disputes and driving innovation in how we manage contracts and strategic supplier relationships. This is a senior leadership role with direct influence on our global procurement strategy and business success.

As Procurement-Head of Contract Management you will design, build and lead the Procurement contract management community. You will set, shape and implement global standards, guide regional teams and resolve complex cross-border challenges. You will oversee large, high-impact global contract portfolios, ensuring compliance, performance and strategic alignment with Mammoet's global procurement and business objectives. Operating with full independence, you will be accountable for innovation, policy compliance and delivering measurable value through strategic contract management.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

The main focus of this role will be on contract management and supplier relations management:

• You develop and guide the procurement competence center and local teams on contract and supplier relations management. To this end, you mentor regional teams on contract and supplier relations management, fostering a high-performance culture.
• You act as global contract authority. You advise senior stakeholders on contract strategy, risk and supplier performance at the highest level.
• You lead the global contract management strategy, designing, implementing and enforcing enterprise-wide contract policies and processes.
• You manage high-value, complex portfolios and oversee multi-category, cross-border supplier contracts to ensure performance and compliance.
• You anticipate, address and resolve high-impact disputes and risks.
• You drive innovation and process improvement, by enhancing contract management tools, methodologies and best practices (e.g., CATS CM).

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Law, Supply Chain Management or related field;
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in procurement contract management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role;
• Deep expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, compliance and risk management;
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value, multi-category and cross-border contracts;
• Experience with contract management methodologies (CATS CM or equivalent);
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence global teams;
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills;
• Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and a results-oriented approach.
