Job Description

We are seeking a proactive (Junior) Program Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Program Manager and Sustainability Lead to support one of our leading global clients in delivering their Capital Real Estate Program across the EMEA region.

As part this Turner & Townsend PMO commission, you will collaborate with colleagues worldwide, gaining exposure to international and building international connections within Turner & Townsend.

You have an affinity for program management and have an analytical mindset. You can interpret complex data and present it in a clear, structured way that supports decision-making. You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different regions and can communicate effectively to ensure alignment. Adaptability and a proactive approach are key strengths, enabling you to succeed in a fast-paced, global setting.
