Due to expansion, we are looking for:

Project Manager

40 hours/week

The Position:

As a project manager, you are responsible for the entire project. Under your leadership and in consultation with the client, the construction team is formed. This team consists of various disciplines such as contractors, interior builders, electricians, installers, painters, cleaners, etc. Together with this team, you ensure that the project is delivered on time and with the agreed quality. You will have multiple projects under your responsibility simultaneously, which often do not run in sync. You are partly 'on the road' and spend time in the office, with the phone ringing all day with different questions about the various projects. The projects are visited by you with some regularity before and during construction, which means you are frequently on the road in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

In this role, you have a lot of freedom, and you are expected to take responsibility for your projects. You have the necessary experience in a similar position and have an affinity with retail.

If you are not yet ready to work independently as a project manager, you will first start as a planner and support the project managers. After that, you will grow into the role of project manager.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor's level of thinking and working with technical insight, particularly in construction and installation technology;
• A few years of work experience
• Communicatively skilled in word and writing
• Good command of Dutch and English and preferably German and French or willingness to learn it
• Residing centrally in the Netherlands
