Your mission as a Resource Planner

As a Resource Planner you are responsible within team Planning for the deployment of our Technicians. You continuously monitor the balance between quality, efficiency and availability and interact daily with Project Managers and your fellow Planners. Together you ensure that the right people are scheduled for the right projects and that everything is right down to the last detail.

Technicians schedule on appropriate client projects based on their expertise and skillset. Our Installation Technicians realize impressive audiovisual projects on-site at clients' facilities. The Service Technicians provide first-class service and quick solutions when needed. You know exactly who is at his best where and adjust the planning accordingly. This way, projects are installed within the set deadlines and service requests are dealt with efficiently.

Within this function, you know how to keep an overview, you communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders and you always think two steps ahead. Does something come up that makes the route run differently than previously planned? Then you always think in terms of possibilities and you know how to get your colleagues to go along with the solution you propose.

What do you bring?

• Accurate planning and error-free administration are in your DNA. You have proven experience as a (Resource) Planner or in another coordinating role and know exactly what is involved in efficiently deploying people.
• You communicate clearly and professionally. You have an excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages and switch effortlessly between them, in both written and oral communication.
• Thanks to your empathy and clear communication style, Technicians know what to expect from you and are willing to go the extra mile when needed.
• Does something go differently than planned? You stay calm, think ahead and come up with a solution immediately. You oversee the whole and anticipate quickly.
• Experience within the AV industry is a nice fit. Experience in a technical or logistics environment is just as fitting.
