FullyInControl is a young organization with strong ambitions. With our team of approximately 35 people, 22 of whom are based in Wijchen, we are developing the modern cloud platform FullyInControl. The FullyInControl software is a unique integrated management system that enables companies to improve their organization in order to achieve their goals more successfully. Our platform was introduced to the Dutch market in 2019 and will be rolled out internationally in the coming years. We have already achieved great success and are looking for people who want to continue this success with us. Over the past four years, we have built up an impressive client base that includes ministries, municipalities, water boards, hospitals, housing associations, municipal health services, mental health services, and large organizations such as Wehkamp, Fastned, Gasunie, VolkerWessels, Bidfood, etc. This means we are already among the leaders in the Dutch market, and you will help advise these clients.

Does making customers happy give you energy?

As an Application Manager/Product Specialist, you will help customers to work more successfully with our FullyInControl solution. You will help them to use our software to take their quality management, risk management, information security, compliance, and auditing to the next level. You will help customers optimize the configuration of the FullyInControl solution and process customer requests, such as creating reports, dashboards, and questionnaires. You will maintain regular contact with your customers, answer questions, and actively work to improve customer satisfaction. You will do this in a team with several colleagues, responding to customer questions and also maintaining proactive contact yourself.

You actively contribute ideas for improvements and, where necessary, create manuals and instructions. If you wish, there are opportunities for advancement to other positions such as implementation consultant or sales consultant.

Job description

• Providing application management for our software for multiple customers
• Advising customers, as well as internal colleagues in sales and the product manager, on the application of our software.
• Further strengthen customer relationships
• Further development of the support portal
• Actively contributing ideas to improve our software
