I'm looking for an outspoken and detail-oriented sales support representative to join the Cargill team. This is a maternity cover for 7,5 months. The position is for 20 hours a week. If you are enthusiastic, please read on!

You are an organized and proactive professional with a strong focus on supporting sales execution and building customer relationships. Particularly with intercompany customers. You are a customer service-oriented individual who is not easily intimidated. Further:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
• Outspoken and not easily intimidated;
• Sales support and customer service skills;
• Work experience in a similar environment;
• SAP knowledge is an advantage;
• Professional communication level in English, Dutch is helpful;

The Sales Support Representative will play a key role in supporting the sales process for new and existing customers, aligned with the commercial strategy. You will primarily focus on small to medium accounts, applying basic knowledge of sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness for the commercial organization. Further:

• Support customer relationships for small to medium accounts;
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful and accurate completion of sales processes;
• Support the Account Manager on routine operational activities;
• Assist the assigned sales team with key process execution and sales activation;
• Monitor and ensure commercial data is accurate in systems and administration tools;
• Create reports for customers and track customer requests as needed;
