The compliance market, for which a significant part of our platform provides the solution, is booming. We are therefore growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant with a strong focus on New Business and a proven track record in SaaS sales. This position is ideal for professionals who want to use their sales skills to further expand our customer base and play a leading role in our team.
Job description:
As a Sales Consultant with a focus on outbound sales, you will play a crucial role in further growing our customer base. You have extensive experience in approaching potential customers and developing new business opportunities, with specific expertise in SaaS solutions. You will work closely with marketing to set up and execute targeted outbound campaigns around themes such as our Integrated Management System, GRC, ISMS, NIS2, DORA, and Quality Management.
What you will be doing:
- Follow up on leads that come in through marketing campaigns
- Actively generate leads yourself through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, cold calling).
- Introduce potential customers to our Integrated Management System and convince them of its advantages.
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline with a focus on long-term relationships and successfully closing deals.
- Conducting in-depth sales conversations and product demonstrations to present the value of our Solutions.
- Working closely with senior sales and mentoring less experienced team members to share your knowledge and experience.
- Research market trends and proactively identify new business opportunities within relevant sectors.
- Actively contribute to the optimization of outbound processes and the achievement of challenging sales targets.

Who are we looking for?
- At least a bachelor's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business IT & Management, Public Administration)
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in SaaS.
- A proven track record in outbound sales and successfully generating new business.
- Experience in GRC, ISMS, QMS, or similar sectors is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Extensive experience working with CRM systems is an advantage.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to excel and grow within a dynamic organization.
