Within a dynamic and multicultural team, you will actively contribute to process optimization, operational data analysis and support of commercial activities, in a stimulating and structured environment.
Your main responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Sales Excellence & KAM Director, you will support sales and operational activities, with strong exposure to data and performance management tools.
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Contributing to the analysis and monitoring of sales and operational data, ensuring their accuracy and consistency;
- Supporting the preparation of reporting materials and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint) for internal stakeholders;
- Assisting teams in the use and continuous improvement of CRM tools, with a progressive skills development approach;
- Contributing to internal process optimization and continuous improvement of operational practices;
- Collaborating with various internal stakeholders in a transversal and international context;
- Working closely with multiple business and technical departments in a stimulating international environment.
Your strengths to succeed:
- You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in a business school or university;
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- You have basic knowledge of CRM tools or demonstrate a strong ability to learn quickly;
- You are recognized for your organizational skills, rigor, and strong attention to data quality and accuracy;
- You have a genuine interest in the maritime and/or energy sectors;
- You are proactive, autonomous, and a strong team player;
- You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
