We are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen our commercial organization in Nijkerk and Son.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the local Sales & Marketing strategy.
• Align commercial objectives with the Business Plan.
• Lead, coach and manage the Sales team and Segment Leaders.
• Monitor sales results, KPIs and pipeline development.
• Maintain relationships with strategic customers and Global BU/GKAM stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, map competitors and identify opportunities.
• Drive new business and expand market presence.
• Manage pricing, contracts and negotiations aligned with Group directives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalations.
• Represent Nefab during exhibitions, events and customer meetings.
Key Challenges:
• Growing market share in a competitive environment.
• Integrating sales efforts after a recent acquisition.
• Handling multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.
Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong commercial drive toward sustainable growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities.
• Proven leadership experience.

• Hands-on leadership style.
• Proactive, reliable, business-minded.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Team player with autonomy and ownership.

Languages:
• Fluent Dutch & strong command of English.
