Intern - SAP ITSM & CMDB Optimization program

We are looking for a dedicated/proactive personality to join our big family as part of our IT Internship. We are committed in providing on-the-job experience and mentoring to prepare the interns for real working experience. Internship vacancies are available in various functions as follows:

• Building a repository or folder structure to improve documentation.
• Building and managing application portfolio.
• Building onboarding/training materials for new enhancements
• Support IT team in setting up and managing IT Governance Processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Request etc)
• To coordinate/support systems testing with business key users and compile/document test results
• To assist in building systems process & functions guides
• To assist in documenting project deliverables and upload to Sharepoint
• To assist in data loading for report creations
• To perform certain level of administrative work, such as open tasks follow up, arrange meetings, support workshops & organization events as well as note taking using MS OneNote

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, or equivalent
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• Good team work & Positive mindset.
• Internship Duration : Min 4 - 6 months
