SAP Business One Functional Consultant

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Location: Dordrecht, Venray or Utrecht / Hybrid
• Position: Experienced Software Consultant

About the role

Are you interested in becoming a Functional Consultant within a strong, healthy and growing organization in the Benelux?

As an SAP Business One Functional Consultant, you will work on both tactical and strategic levels and act as a trusted advisor to management. You will be a sparring partner for clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Among your key responsibilities are:

• You identify, assist and advise on various process optimizations.
• You configure various SAP Business One modules and test them (for example the Finance, Service & Maintenance, Equipment, and Purchasing/Projects modules)
• You carry your own projects, but are also part of a team in a project or program
• You monitor the uniformity and standardization of the SAP setup(s)
• You maintain documentation, including setup documents, frequently asked questions or visit reports
• You assist the team with (the more complex) second- and third-line incidents and user questions
• You keep up to date with the latest developments
• You offer guidance during implementation processes
• You contribute ideas to improve the platform

In addition to a friendly, open and enthusiastic personality, we are also looking for a number of strong skills and experiences in the role of SAP B1 Functional Consultant:

• You are an experienced software consultant , with at least two years of relevant work experience.

• You have knowledge of ERP software and have worked in a similar role on implementations.

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in IT or have equivalent experience.

• You understand, speak and write both Dutch and English .

• You understand the user impact of changes in the software. You understand "natural resistance to change" and know how to deal with it.

• You have strong analytical skills.
