    • Facturatie Specialist

    Royal Swinkels 32 - 40 hours per week Lieshout, Noord-Brabant, Nederland

    Ken jij de "ins" en "outs" van facturatie? Dan ben jij de Facturatie Specialist die we zoeken! In deze functie maak je deel uit van het Billing Team binnen het Financial Shared Service Center van Royal Swinkels. Als Facturatie Specialist ben je enerzijds verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig factureren en crediteren van verkooporders als anderzijds het beheren van de volledigheid van de verkopen.

    Wat ga je doen?

    • Je zorgt dagelijks voor een correcte en tijdige facturatie van leveringen aan zowel retail- als exportklanten.

    • Je stemt proactief af met interne stakeholders om een soepele facturatie en tijdige verwerking van uitzonderingen te waarborgen.

    • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze facturatieprocessen: van het oplossen van foutmeldingen tot het signaleren van stamdata-issues en het schakelen met de afdeling Masterdata.

    • Je documenteert bedrijfsprocessen en accounting richtlijnen om interne controles te behouden en te versterken.

    • Je hebt een sleutelrol in internationale facturatie: denk aan containerzendingen, incoterms en het voorbereiden van documenten voor douane en transport.

    Dit ben jij

    • Je hebt ervaring met facturatie of hebt een opleiding afgerond op het gebied van financieel-administratieve processen, zoals Financieel Administratief Medewerker, Boekhouding of Bedrijfseconomie/Accountancy.

    • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, bent communicatief vaardig in Engels, werkt zelfstandig en bent zeker van je zaak bij het uitwerken én overbrengen van informatie.

    • Nauwkeurigheid, structuur, flexibiliteit en klantgerichtheid zijn je tweede natuur. Je vindt het leuk om gedetailleerde taken met aandacht en precisie uit te voeren.

    • Je hebt ervaring met financiële ERP-systemen. SAP4Hana is een pré.

    • Je hebt goede of gevorderde ervaring met MS Excel.
