You are someone who knows how to get things done! You have an eye for detail and enjoy delivering high-quality work. You like to work as part of a team and ensure that everything runs smoothly together with your colleagues. Here’s what we expect from you:

• Someone with experience as a spray painter
• Someone who can quickly identify and solve problems.
• Flexible and easy to work with.

As a Sprayer, you’ll be responsible for carefully finishing windows and frames. You’ll work with advanced machines to ensure everything is perfectly sprayed. Your tasks are varied and consist of three main things:

• Automated spraying process: You’ll set up and adjust the spray machines to make sure everything runs smoothly. Technical knowledge is key here!
• Spotting and fixing mistakes: While working, you keep an eye on everything. If you spot an issue, you’ll fix it and adjust the machines as needed.
• Manual touch-ups: Sometimes, you’ll be standing behind the robot, manually spraying and refilling the paint. Flexibility is important!

You will be working in a family-owned business that has been producing high-quality wooden windows and frames for over 100 years. They take pride in their craftsmanship and work with the latest techniques.
