What will you do?

You ensure that projects run smoothly - from tender to completion - managing contracts, planning, and finances. You work closely with partners, project architects, and consultants, acting as the vital link between design and realization.

The position focuses on four main tasks:

1. Contractmanagement

• Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with consultants and partners
• Monitoring project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure smooth progress
• Identifying risks and taking timely action to keep projects on track

2. Tendermanagement

• Contributing early in the tender phase, advising on the involvement of consultants and defining the related contractual and financial frameworks, in close coordination with the lead for the first tender phase
• Managing planning, resources, and deadlines during subsequent tender phases
• Optimizing processes and collaboration with consultants to ensure efficiency and quality

3. Management of subsidies and funding

• Monitoring time, budget, and reporting within (inter)national grant-funded projects
• Ensuring accountability towards funding bodies and project partners

4. Relationship management and network development

• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing consultants and partners
• Fostering reciprocal collaboration - not only asking, but also being asked to participate
• Exploring and engaging new (inter)national consultants who align with our project ambitions
• Staying informed about the market and identifying promising opportunities for collaboration

Who are we looking for?

• A higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) degree, preferably in architecture, construction management, or business administration
• At least 4 years of experience in contract or project management within the design or construction sector
• Knowledge of Total Engineering, building regulations, and process management
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a structured way of working
• Proficient in both Dutch and English

Nice to have

• Experience with grant-funded or tender projects
• Knowledge of BIM or project management systems
