Specialised Tanker Services -, acts as a Ship to Ship provider and loss control expeditor , based in Rotterdam, is looking for an experienced Ship to Ship supervisor/ loss control expeditor , with technical/operational knowledge for coordination and follow up of operational activities.

The preferred candidate should have:

- Relevant experience in loss control operations or extended knowledge as an all-round surveyor (preferably in blending products)

- Relevant experience in shipping operations (preferably in blending products ) or related oil/chemical industry sector.

- Relevant experience in ship to ship operations .

- Solid understanding of physical and shipping operations in a mineral and or chemical shipping environment and, the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.

- Strong drive and desire to work in fast paced and dynamic environment.

- Knowledge in the commercial aspects of a mineral and or chemical shipping deal to effectively manage physical operations in order to obtain the optimal returns.

- Ability to build effective working relationships with clients ,service providers and internal supporting functions.

- A pro-active and responsible team player who has the ability to think, analyze and respond to different situations in an independent and rational manner.

- An excellent command of English, both verbally and in writing is essential.

- A good knowledge of various computer systems is desirable.
