We are a medium-sized organisation with 40 employees. 10 of these are part of the warehouse. Our company was established in Italy and has grown since then to a global company. We are focused on central and the north of Europe.

Description

As warehouse manager you:

• Manage and optimise supply chain and logistics processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Initiate improvement projects for logistics processes.
• Oversee inventory management and distribution activities.
• Monitor and improve logistics performance metrics.
• Lead and manage a team to achieve departmental goals.
• Grow the team in the upcoming years.

Profile

A successful warehouse manager should have:

• A relevant educational background in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
