Description

• Lead and coordinate all warehouse operations (inbound or outbound) in a large-scale logistics environment.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 40-80 warehouse employees, supported by several assistant supervisors.
• Ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor KPIs, identify deviations, and implement process improvements in collaboration with management.
• Handle administrative and reporting tasks such as workforce planning, performance management, and KPI tracking.
• Promote Lean and 5S practices to improve efficiency and maintain a structured, clean work environment.
• Work closely with internal departments and provide strong leadership during operational challenges.

Profile

• Holds a vocational (MBO+) or higher (HBO) education level.
• Experience with Lean
• Brings at least 3 years of experience in a similar warehouse or logistics management role.
• Acts as a natural leader who combines structure with empathy and motivates teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Has experience with WMS systems, Lean methodologies, and process optimization (preferred).
• Demonstrates a hands-on, proactive attitude with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Fluent in English

Job Offer

• Competitive salary between €2,900 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on experience.
• One-year contract with a strong prospect of a permanent position.
