As a Technician Operator PCBA in our company, you are responsible for operating and maintaining our Print Circuit Board Assembly machines. You play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring a smooth operation and high-quality products.

A typical workday starts with checking machine settings and performing quality checks on the produced circuit boards. You work closely with your colleagues to solve production issues and implement process improvements. Flexibility and strong teamwork are essential in this role.

• VMBO working and thinking level
• Minimum 0 to 1 year of experience
• Experience as an operator or technical background is required
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure

• Knowledge of quality control

• Salary: €15.50 per hour
• 114.4% shift allowance due to the two-shift operation
