Tool Manager / Setter

This Will Be Your Job

As a tool manager/setter, you are responsible for correctly (pre)setting our tools. You ensure that the machines function optimally and you are an indispensable link in our production process. Thanks in part to you, we can create the most beautiful plastic products with the entire team.

Your tasks include:

  • Setting up the tools
  • Managing the tool inventory
  • Maintaining tools and identifying wear or defects
  • Collaborating with colleagues from production, maintenance, and quality control
  • Contributing ideas for improvements in the production process

What You Bring

  • You have technical insight and a precise work attitude
  • You can work both independently and well in a team
  • Experience in a similar position is a plus
