What is a Mantrailing Instructor

Mantrailing Instructors are expierenced and well educated K9 instructors with years of experiences in the workking fields of Mantrailing . The titel ' Mantrailing Instructor ' at the IMAS-ANIMALE institute is only grandted after accomplishing the diplomas SPG III , SPI , MI and minimal 5 years expereince in SAR and/or USAR team with real-cases missing persons.

The titel Mantrailing Instructor stands for Expertise, experience, "people skills" and a large dose of leadership and coaching. As a rescue dog team instructor, you must be well trained yourself and be able to handle al the team prospects, employability, groupcohesian and dynamics. This can not all be learned in one degree or by gaining experience in one field. As an realcase-team trainer, you are responsible for the proper training of the K9 teams, the organization, the group cohesion, the division of tasks, technology etc.

You have a number of specific core qualities, such as: respectfulness leadership, coaching, knowledge, empathy, passion, involvement, insight, cooperation, openness and overview. Being a Mantrailing instructor is not a hobby but a serious manor. The employability and the success of your team depends on the training you provide as a team instructor.
