As a production worker in Tilburg, you will work in a 3-shift system. This means you are flexible and enjoy working rotating shifts. You will work 36.65 hours per week and join a dynamic team where cooperation is key.

The day starts with a team briefing in which the goals for the shift are discussed. After that, you will begin supporting the production lines and ensuring everything runs smoothly. This mainly involves packing and stacking products. You will check product quality and report any malfunctions to your supervisor. In this way, you contribute to efficient production.

• A good salary with shift allowance: €14.71 gross per hour for the morning shift, €18.83 for the afternoon shift, and €21.62 for the night shift
• Full-time workweek of 36.65 hours with working times of 07:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, and 23:00–07:00
• Working in a dynamic team of experienced production workers and operators
