We now supply our collections to florists, garden centers, home furnishing stores, wholesalers, and landscapers in more than 75 countries. From our head office in Hazerswoude-Dorp, we work daily with a close-knit team on growth, quality, and international cooperation. You will literally be working in the beating heart of our organization.

Your role

As a Sales Support Employee, you will start in a back-office role in which you will support the sales team and ensure that processes run smoothly. At the same time, you will fulfill an important front-office role as the first point of contact for customers and visitors. Over time, your role will expand to include more customer contact and commercial responsibility.

Your duties will include:

Preparing quotations, processing customer orders, and managing the customer database

Responding to and following up on customer inquiries (by phone, email, and at the front desk)

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and suppliers

Welcoming and assisting customers and business relations in the showroom

Supporting sales representatives in the field

Collecting and passing on information about orders, stock, products, prices, and brochures

Identifying customer needs and coordinating these internally

Contributing ideas on how to improve processes, service, and customer communication

Who are you?

Minimum MBO working and thinking ability

Experience with automated (order) systems

Good command of Dutch and English (German and French is an advantage)

Reliable, flexible, and collegial

Presentable, commercially strong, hospitable, and service-oriented

You remain calm and organized in a dynamic work environment
