To strengthen our community and our team, we are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager. In this role, you will support the branch manager in the day-to-day running of the halls, ensure that the customer experience and the team are at the highest level, and you will have plenty of room for further development.

What will you do?

• Support the branch manager in the daily management of the climbing hall.
• You enjoy actively contributing to the growth of the team.
• You carry a commercial mindset and take your team along with you, so that everyone sees opportunities to help and enthuse customers.
• You will ensure safety, quality and hospitality in the halls.
• Co-coordinate staff planning, hospitality and events.
• You will help think about new initiatives and connecting with the climbing community.

• Experience or strong affinity with climbing.
• Eager to learn, flexible and communicatively strong.
• Organizational talent.
• A team player who contributes to the growth of Neoliet Eindhoven.
