Something for you?

From a pop-up store in Singapore to a new flagship in Dubai, Caliber.global makes sure stores open on time and in full worldwide. As Project Lead, you are the one who makes this possible. You coordinate international logistics, ensure every detail is in place, and maintain oversight from the first request to final delivery. Clients such as Rituals, Victoria’s Secret, and Starbucks rely on you. Are you ready to make an impact in a role where international collaboration, project management, supply chain, and customer interaction all come together? Keep reading!

What will you do?

As Project Lead, you will strengthen Caliber.global’s team in Arnhem by managing complex retail development and construction projects in the APAC and Middle East regions. You are responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on coordinating logistics processes and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

In this role, you work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly when things change—from small shop-in-shops to full retail rollouts.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating international retail construction projects in APAC, the Middle East, and Europe;
  • Handling customs procedures, deliveries, and transport (3PL/4PL);
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and KPIs;
  • Engaging daily with clients, suppliers, and colleagues worldwide;
  • Identifying bottlenecks and improving processes;
  • Contributing to the continuous development of services.

What we like to see in you

You are a true organizer who thrives on creating structure, switching gears quickly, and working solution-oriented. You understand international logistics, can handle deadlines and fast-paced environments, and don’t get easily overwhelmed.

Additionally, you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree level of education: logistics, business administration, or supply chain management;
  • Relevant work experience in project management, supply chain, or retail development;
  • Knowledge of international logistics, customs procedures, and Incoterms;
  • Experience with MS Office (especially Excel);
  • Excellent command of English (French is a plus);
  • Prince2 or PMP certification is an advantage.
  • Experience with projects in APAC and the Middle East will give you a strong edge.

Why would you apply?

You will be part of an informal, down-to-earth team where trust, independence, and fun are key. Successes are celebrated, there is room to learn, and we take good care of each other—and the planet.

You’ll also receive:

  • A gross monthly salary in line with your background and experience (feel free to contact me for details);
  • 27.5 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km;
  • Laptop, phone, and hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days from home after onboarding);
  • Annual profit bonus (depending on company results);
  • Vitality program with Hyrox training and Yoga;
  • Plenty of training and growth opportunities within a growing international organization.

Where will you work?
