Join our Team as a warehouse employee in Tilburg

At GXO in Tilburg, you’ll work in a truly international environment where English is the main language. Together with your multicultural team, you contribute to the logistics of major global clients — the clothing you handle might even be the ones you or your family order online or buy in stores.

Your tasks may include order picking, packing, inbound (receiving goods), outbound (shipping), returns, and inventory control (IC). Each day starts with a team briefing where tasks are divided, after which you get to work on your department. Whether you’re processing returns, preparing packages for shipment, or supporting inbound flows, your effort keeps the warehouse running smoothly.

The warehouse operates in two shifts and often during weekends, so flexibility and a hands-on mindset are important.

  • Travel allowance: €0.23 per km (min. 1 km distance to work, shortest ANWB route and max € 9,20 per day)

• Salary & Benefits

  • €14.40 gross per hour (€15.60 including 8.33% holiday pay)

  • Holiday hours: accrued and paid during days off (when requested for)

  • Holiday pay: saved and paid out once a year in May (or after contract ends)

  • Shift allowance:

    • Mon–Fri: 19:00–21:00 = 25% | 21:00–00:00 = 35% | 00:00–06:00 = 45%

    • Saturday = +50% | Sunday = +100%

  • Shifts

    Start and end time is depending on the given department.

• 1st shift: 

  05:00 - 13:45 / 06:00 - 14:45 / 06:15 - 15:00 / 06:30-15:15 

• 2nd shift: 

  14:45 - 23:30 / 15:00 - 23:45 / 15:15 - 00:00

  • There are two departments where you only work day shifts; however, you do not receive a shift allowance in that case.
