Hunkemöller's Best Internship in Retail Programme is designed to provide hands-on experience across various departments, including Marketing, HR, IT, Buying & Quality, and Logistics. As an intern you are integrated into our team, contributing to real projects and learning from industry professionals.

COMPENSATION

• INTERNSHIP ALLOWANCE: You will receive a monthly allowance of 450€ per month (based on 40h/week).
• 25-55% STAFF DISCOUNT: Our products are much loved with our employees. As part of the brand, you will receive a discount of 25% on all Hunkemoller products. On some Mondays we have an additional sale on our newest collections. On top of the 25% discount, you will receive an additional 25 - 35% discount.
• HUNKEMOLLER ACADEMY: Continuous learning opportunities and professional growth are supported through various training programs and workshops.
• TRAVEL ALLOWANCE: A travel allowance of max. 23,00€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you don't have a free Student OV Chipcard.
• HOLIDAYS: 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).
• HYBRID WORK: Benefit from the flexibility of working from home, ensuring you can maintain productivity from anywhere. We have a 60:40 policy based on your working hours.
