Vacancy: Administrative Power (ZZP) - With knowledge of Turkish

Are you self-employed with a passion for administration and fluent in Turkish? Safety Holland, a leading safety and training company, is looking for an experienced administrative worker on a self-employed basis with excellent knowledge of the Turkish language to join our team.

Job description: As an administrative assistant on a zzp basis, you will be responsible for independently performing administrative tasks within our company. Your role includes managing documentation, maintaining financial records and assisting with general office duties. As Turkish is a requirement, you will also be involved in communication with Turkish-speaking clients and partners.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Independently perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry and invoicing
• Assist with general office work on a self-employed basis
• Communicating with Turkish-speaking customers and partners in Turkish
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the office

Profile:

• Registered as a self-employed person (ZZP)
• At least a completed MBO education in administrative direction
• Experience in administrative positions, preferably on a self-employed basis
• Fluent Turkish speaker and writer
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch
• Accurate, proactive and able to work independently
