Customer Service Officer Wanted

for 10-15 hours per week

Stadsschouwburg and PHIL are looking for you! Come work at Haarlem's finest theater and coolest music venue.

We organize more than 400 events per year, from cabaret, music, dance and theater to television productions and corporate gatherings. Everything passes through our two buildings in the heart of the city. Our enthusiastic Customer Service team, part of the Marketing & Sales department, is the first point of contact for many visitors and the starting point for attending a show or concert.

What will you do?

As a Customer Service Officer, you are the face of our organization to visitors.

A selection of your tasks:

• You handle ticket sales and services related to our performances;
• You carefully address visitor questions, requests and complaints and actively contribute to appropriate solutions;
• You process reservations, changes and cancellations while ensuring correct handling for the visitor

You are:

• Willing to work afternoons, evenings and weekends;
• Comfortable with various Microsoft Office tools and digitally skilled;
• Professional, patient and open to others;
• Hospitable, flexible and sociable;
• A Dutch speaker and writer, any other language is a bonus.

We offer:

• Varied work at the box office, in the office and in the foyers at 2 locations in central Haarlem;
• Flexible working hours based on scheduling: days, evenings and weekends;
• Salary according to salary scale 4 of the CAO Nederlandse Podia (€ 2.421 - € 3.290 based on 36 hours);
• An annual contract with prospects of permanent employment;
• Many free concerts and performances to attend, also with our colleagues at Patronaat and Schuur, and a pleasant monthly social gathering.
