What will you be doing?

• Contributing to the continuous development of our software platform in C#.
• Building scalable and efficient solutions for large enterprises.
• Thinking along on technical decisions and innovations within our platform.
• Collaborating with a team of experienced developers in an informal setting.
• Sharing your knowledge - and learning from others - during our tech lunches.

• Ease into your morning

  Start your day with a chat by the coffee machine or pour yourself a fresh cup of tea. Catch up with your colleagues before diving into your work.

• Let's go!

  You get straight into building something meaningful. Your work has real impact and contributes directly to our product.

• 10:00 - Stand-up time

  A quick team check-in to share what we worked on yesterday, what's on the agenda for today, and if anyone needs support. Efficient - but always friendly!

• Coffee break 2.0

  Time for another quick chat, refill your coffee or tea, and get back to it.

• 12:30-13:30 - Lunch done right

  No sad sandwich behind your screen - we set the table together, boil some eggs, grill a few toasties, and have a lot of laughs. Lunch is a team thing here.

• Time to unwind

  After lunch, it's time for a ping pong match or a refreshing walk. In the mood for a tech lunch? Sometimes we dive into the latest developments together (devs only!)).

• Afternoon = focus

  You continue your work, grab a coffee, tea, or soda when you need it. Chat a bit if you feel like it, but mostly just get things done in your own flow.

• Wrap up between 16:00 and 18:00

  You finish your day based on your own starting time - everyone works in their own rhythm here.

What do we expect from you?

• You're comfortable working with C#, NuGet, and Git.
• You have a bachelor-level (HBO) way of thinking and working.
• You have at least 1 year of professional experience.
• You're fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• You have a proactive attitude and a drive to keep learning and growing.
• You're eager to deliver a top-quality product together with your team.
• You're interested in scalable software and performance optimization.
