We are now looking for a Global Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to play a key role in this exciting journey. In this strategic and hands-on role, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic Global HR team , helping to shape and drive the development of our talent across all levels of the organization. You'll report to the Senior Director of Talent Management & Leadership , working cross-functionally to create a culture of continuous learning, growth, and leadership excellence.

Your Impact

As Global Learning & Development Manager , you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative learning experiences that build capability, unlock potential, and support our people and leadership development ambitions globally. You'll co-create and execute a forward-looking L&D strategy aligned with our transformation agenda and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop and implement a global learning & development strategy aligned with Corbion's strategic goals and people priorities.
• Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and subject matter experts to assess capability gaps and development needs across functions and geographies.
• Design and deliver impactful learning programs, leadership development initiatives, and scalable learning experiences at global, regional, and local levels.
• Leverage digital learning technologies, including our Learning Management System (LMS), to provide innovative, accessible, and measurable learning solutions.
• Select and manage relationships with external partners, consultants, and vendors to complement internal capabilities.
• Define and measure learning effectiveness through robust feedback loops, data, and analytics to continuously improve impact and engagement.
• Stay current with L&D best practices, emerging trends, and technologies to ensure Corbion remains a learning organization at the forefront of talent development.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8-10 years of progressive L&D experience, including leadership development, in complex and global environments.
• A proven track record of co-developing and executing global learning strategies and programs.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in learning approaches, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to strategize in the morning and implement in the afternoon -a true hands-on leader and team player.

Preferred Qualifications

• L&D or HR certifications (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-SCP, ATD).
• Experience working in a multinational, matrixed organization.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills to track ROI and drive insights.
