Role

To hit the goal of 1000 stations, we will need to successfully win sites and tenders across Europe. The Projects & Excellence team of Fastned's Network Development is responsible for delivering our growth efficiently and effectively. As the Senior Project Development Manager, you will act as an enabler and coordinator, transforming learnings and insights into action plans and initiatives across our markets. With this role, you will get the opportunity to combine your strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of international market dynamics, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and decision makers, while developing projects that result in improvements and growth.

As the Senior Projects Development Manager, you will join the international Projects & Excellence team, part of the Network Development department. Your responsibilities include leading and executing cross-department projects that impact Fastned's expansion and tender development, designing scalable processes and action plans across markets, and driving continuous improvement in how we work. You are capable of identifying improvement opportunities and driving initiatives and projects for them. You act as a key liaison between the Network Development team and other business units.

Additionally, you provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team, particularly in the context of consolidating complex findings into clear recommendations. You can support and challenge their work in order to create maximal impact for the organisation. You will report to the ND Projects & Excellence Lead (ad interim: Head of Location Intelligence) and collaborate closely with other teams across Fastned.
