    Jouw rol

Do you believe that a self-learning and continuously improving organisation is vital to the long-term success of an organisation? As an Evaluation Consultant, you will play a key role in strengthening PGGM Investment Management's (IM) ability to reflect, learn, and improve. You will contribute to meaningful change by shaping and coordinating external evaluations and supporting the internal plan-do-check-act (PDCA) cycle. Through your insights of the whole IM organization and investment process, you are able to identify and report valuable observations, trends and reflections. In this role, you embed continuous improvement at the core of our investment management organization.

As an Evaluation Consultant your responsibilities include:

    • Take ownership of parts of the evaluation calendar by gathering input from multiple stakeholders in- and outside the organization, tracking evaluation requirements (i.e. scoping), and helping align timing and topics with PFZW and the PGGM Investment Management Board.
    • Selecting external consultants based on the evaluation calendar, the most suitable external consultants are thoroughly reviewed and assessed and subsequently selected and contracted to execute the evaluation on a pre-defined subject.
    • Lead, manage and coordinate external evaluations by onboarding of external consultants, preparing the assignment, managing the organization of the (review) sessions and monitor progress to ensure that evaluations meet expectations and deliver value (i.e. the improvements key to the long-term success of the organization).
    • Coordinate and structure the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle by supporting internal teams during their 'plan', 'do', 'check' and 'act' phases. You ensure the process is structured and consistent.
    • Report on valuable insights by supporting the quarterly reporting cycle on the completed, pending and scheduled external evaluations and obtained insights of those evaluations based on your expert judgement. The reports are presented to the Board of PGGM Asset Management and PFZW and provide the organisation with valuable input on the quality of teams, products and processes.
    • Develop evaluation standards and templates to help teams execute their PDCA-cycle effectively and consistently. You contribute ideas to improve documentation, communication, and alignment across the organisation.

    Jouw afdeling binnen PGGM

    • Partnership Management and Evaluation - Responsible for strategic collaboration with PFZW, shaping governance agreements, and evaluating PGGM IM's products and services.
