As an HR Advisor, you play a key role in this: you translate the long-term vision of Neways Advanced Applications into clear and achievable actions.

You advise employees and managers, and work on projects such as digitizing HR processes, strengthening our employer brand, and promoting our Core Values. Together with your HR colleagues and managers in your area of focus, you guide this change. In doing so, you contribute to our goal: making Neways a Great Place to Work!

Additionally, we offer you:

• 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days;

Additionally, we require:

• A completed bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Economics & Law, or a comparable field.

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

• Strong command of Dutch and English.

• Availability between 32 and 40 hours per week.

• Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite, with solid expertise in Excel in particular.
