Project Manager

What does this mean in practice?

You will be leading teams across REV'IT! to deliver exciting projects. Your work will span departments, bringing talented people together from around the business to get big things done.

Your job will include:

• Investigating feasibility for proposed projects.
• Taking responsibility for scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Planning and managing necessary resources, both internal and external.
• Communicating needs and progress across the team and to key stakeholders.
• Managing, steering, and inspiring team members.
• Becoming a catalyst for greater quality across every project you work on.
• Representing, supporting, and defending the importance of a project.
• Helping our organization adhere to project management requirements, delivering projects with the best possible results.
• Driving project management methods and systems, constantly improving the way we run our projects.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You will report to the Process & Technology Director within our Project Management Office.

Are you our ideal candidate?

You are a self-starter with a calm head, sharp mind, and strong sense of ownership. You have the ability to see the big picture while keeping track of every detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You know how to bring people together, align priorities, and keep projects moving, even when perspectives differ. Your presence instills trust and your ability to manage stakeholders across all levels of the business ensures that progress is not only made but sustained.

We expect:

• A higher vocational or university education.
• 6+ years in a similar project management role.
• Experience taking projects from conception to execution.
• Experience helping organizations through changes, applying solid project management skills across departments.
• A deep understanding of project management methodologies.
• The ability to motivate and lead others.
• A resourceful mind with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English - spoken and written.
• Experience working with both waterfall and agile project management philosophies.
• Proven ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders with diverse interests.
• Bonus: A deep-rooted passion for motorcycling, outdoor fashion, or design.
• Bonus: Experience using Monday project management software.
