The Vice President, Human Resources - Corporate & Global Functions serves as the strategic HR partner toGXO's global C-suite executives leading Corporate and global functions . This leader shapes enterprise people strategy for the assigned functions, accelerates leadership effectiveness, strengthens organizational capability, and ensures world‑class HR partnership across the global function's portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping the culture in those functions and supports Executive leadership to build high-performing teams to deliver on goals.

Position based onsite at our GXO facility in Greenwich, CT

25% travel nationally and internationally

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Experience

• Progressive HR leadership experience as a generalist HR professional, holding senior/Executive HRBP positions
• Proven success partnering with C-suite executives
• Similar experience supporting Global functions/Corporate roles in publicly listed organizations, supporting global teams/agendas
• Significant experience implementing AI within business functions, with a strong ability to translate AI strategy into workforce, talent, and organizational outcomes
• Effective Matrix Management and leadership experience across borders
• Good general understanding of European and US employment law
• Experience in HR transformation across multiple geographies
• Best practice in function / external marketplace
