Do you want to shape the customer experience as an experienced professional with smart digital colleagues? Do you have a passion for designing personal dialogues and a keen eye for processes and technology? Then we are looking for you as our new Conversational Designer !

What will you do as a Conversational Designer?

As a Conversational Designer, you design, develop and optimize effective dialogues for our digital colleagues. You work with our own chat technology and ensure that customer processes are smarter and customer interactions run more smoothly. You are part of a multidisciplinary team and work closely with product owners, backend developers and other designers, both internally and at the customer.

What does your work involve?

• You are the driving force behind creating customer-oriented digital solutions. You know better than anyone how to get customer needs and success factors on the table. You do this, for example, by organizing inspiring work sessions and stakeholder interviews. You analyze business processes and translate them into clear, functional designs according to BPMN standards.
• You design and build interactive dialogues in Google Dialog Flow, which you seamlessly integrate with our own Flowcore platform. You develop and maintain technical dialogues with NodeJS and HTML/CSS, and ensure that digital colleagues collaborate effortlessly with backend systems via APIs.
• Your work does not stop at delivery: you analyze dialogues based on data and user feedback, and optimize flows where necessary. You guarantee the technical quality and security of data and dialogues according to ISO standards.
• In addition, you actively contribute to the further development of our conversational platform and the digital colleague proposition. You estimate work realistically, monitor the planning and adjust where necessary. You follow market developments closely and invest in your own growth, so that you always remain at the forefront of the field. Finally, you analyze incidents and contribute to fast, structural solutions within the team.
• In short: you are an indispensable link in realizing innovative, safe and customer-oriented conversational solutions!

What do you have to offer us?

• You have completed a bachelor's degree in IT (for example in the direction of IT & Management or Business Innovation)
• You have at least 3 years of experience with customer processes, preferably in the financial services sector
• You work with Google Dialog Flow or similar conversational platforms
• NodeJS, API integrations and system architecture hold no secrets for you
• Experience with functional design and process analysis is a bonus
• If you are in possession of the Financial Supervision Act Certification, that is an advantage. You can of course also obtain this certificate through us.

You work goal-oriented and result-oriented, with an eye for the customer and joint success. With persuasiveness and decisiveness you know how to get others involved in your approach, whereby you actively collaborate and show initiative to realize improvements. Through your analytical skills you quickly get to the core and make well-considered decisions. You are empathetic, have an eye for interests and relationships within organizations and know how to effectively create support.

What do we have to offer you?

It is a full-time position for 40 hours per week. If you want to work 36 hours, that is certainly negotiable. We work hybrid, which means that you work part of your working week at the client and part from another workplace. This can be done from home, but we prefer to see you at our office in Bunnik where you also meet other colleagues.
