DEME is searching for a motivated senior Design Manager to reinforce the team overseeing offshore wind export and inter-array cable design. If you are an experienced professional with engineering expertise in the offshore wind cable domain, or relevant industry, this is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced team of professionals specialized in the successful delivery of design-build (EPCI) cable and balance of plant (BoP) projects. Involved in all dredging and offshore projects worldwide, the survey department is responsible for the organisation of all hydrographic and topographic measurements in all phases of the works. We are looking for a Party Chief who will be responsible for all survey activities on board. Are you able to lead the team of surveyors?

We are seeking an experienced Data Specialist with a strong background in Marine Engineering or GME, ideally with sailing experience on dredging vessels. This role involves managing, analyzing, and ensuring the integrity of technical and operational data for our fleet. Proficiency with Maximo is a plus and will be beneficial for effective asset management and maintenance planning. Knowledge of Functional Hierarchy and Setup Planned Maintenance System (PMS) is highly desirable.

As an Equipment Engineer, you assist internal departments at DEME Offshore with engineering support for project execution, new equipment development and improvements on existing equipment. You will collaborate with other engineers as well as tender, project and operational teams and prepare functional equipment designs and vessel deck layouts of equipment. Moreover, you will interface with the detailed design teams for mission specific equipment on board our vessels;

This position is based at our DEME Offshore Office in Breda, The Netherlands, and you can make use of our other DEME offices and working from home regimes.

As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will focus on a wide variety of challenges supporting our cable installation business unit on offshore windfarms. Your challenges will extend from multi-disciplinary cable route engineering to cable burial studies and managing complex soil datasets. You will be responsible for sound and expert output to support our project and tender teams or work on one of our many R&D projects.

The engineering department in Breda consists of approximately 30 employees. You will work in an international team of 8 Hydraulic and Geotechnical engineers. As a geotechnical engineer you will support our commercial and project teams by providing, amongst other things, expert advice on cable protection strategies and cable route design. Together with the team, you will help our society transition to a sustainable future.

As a Project QHSE-, you'll be part of the site team on one of our offshore projects around the world. You'll be responsible for maintaining and monitoring QHSE-S practices, inspecting activities and equipment, and ensuring procedures are properly implemented. You'll help foster a strong safety culture and support operational excellence.
