Tasks:

In this position, you will work as an independent calculator/work planner in a medium-sized team on the calculations and technical substantiation of commercial quotations for customers at home and abroad. If necessary, you will liaise with suppliers.

You therefore have responsibility for controlling and executing the entire estimation process, including the preparation of quotations. If required, you will produce drawings (Autocad and Revit) and/or coordinate the drawing work with the draftsman.

You are accountable to the Main Business Office and liaise internally with the sales manager, who liaises and maintains contacts with customers. After issuing an order, as a work planner you will take care of the procurement of the required materials and hand over the work to the project manager. During the execution period, you maintain contact with the project management and support them with purchasing activities where necessary.

Job requirements

• Education HBO construction engineering or equivalent through work experience;
• Practical experience in estimating, work preparation and execution related to finishing related work;
• Knowledge of MS-Office: Word and Excel;
• Knowledge of the English language in word and writing is necessary;
• You are well versed in Autocad and possibly BIM / Revit;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Customer focus;
• Performance-oriented work attitude: making high demands on one's own work;
