Service Engineer Installation & Maintenance

WHat You will do

At Dophou, craftsmanship and trust are at the heart of everything we do. As a Service Technician - Asset Management & Maintenance, you will have the freedom to independently visit regular clients within your assigned region.

You do not work for contractors or private individuals, but exclusively for long-term clients in the commercial building services sector. You become their trusted point of contact - from preventive maintenance and service to troubleshooting and fault resolution.

You will enjoy technical variety, the stability of your own client portfolio, the autonomy to organize your work independently, and the opportunity to work at some of the most interesting technical sites in the region.

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building-related installations such as HVAC, refrigeration, heating and air handling systems, including building management systems (BMS)
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical faults
• Advising clients on system improvements and sustainability upgrades

• Accurately recording and reporting your work

Where you will work

Dophou is a financially healthy and growing mid-sized company in the commercial building services and installation sector. We maintain building-related installations such as refrigeration, heating, air handling and control systems, and provide a complete range of technical services.

Our team consists of 50 qualified professionals - we call them "Dophou'ers." Everyone is given significant autonomy and responsibility, and we are clear about our shared goals and standards.

You will join a committed and professional team with room for initiative, responsibility and personal growth. Communication lines are short, collaboration is strong, and the atmosphere is energetic. You will be part of the Service & Maintenance team, where customer focus, expertise and ownership are key.

WHO you are

• You have experience as a service technician performing installation and maintenance work (mechanical or electrical) in the commercial/utility sector.
• Additional certifications such as Climate Technology, Refrigeration Technology, F-Gases, Preventive Maintenance (PO) or Periodic Inspection (PI) are an advantage.
• You are solution-oriented and able to work independently.
• You hold a valid Category B driving license, live in the relevant region, and are available full-time

• You participate in the on-call duty rota once every 8 weeks (Monday to Monday).

What do we expect from you?

For the position of Service Technician - Asset Management & Maintenance, you recognize yourself in the following requirements:

• Completed education in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering at MBO-4 (higher vocational) level
• Additional certifications such as Climate Technology A, Refrigeration Technology A, F-Gases, Preventive Maintenance (PO) or Periodic Inspection (PI)
• Extensive experience with building management systems (BMS) is an advantage
• Service-oriented and reliable
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, responsible and accurate
• Living in the Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven or Roermond region

• Salary between €2,700 and €4,800 gross per month
• On-call service allowance
