Do you want to develop yourself at high speed into a consultant within a dynamic and people-oriented organization? At Supply Value, you will have the opportunity as a trainee to discover your strengths, create value for leading organizations, and at the same time build your professional and personal growth through our traineeship.

During the Supply Value Traineeship, you will develop over the course of two years into a fully qualified consultant within one of our business areas: Procurement, Supply Chain & Operations, or Digital.

What we are looking for

An ambitious starter with strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in business processes, data, and improvement. You are not only eager to think along but also to take action and make an impact. Besides that you are communicative, curious, and enjoy working together with colleagues and clients.

You have:

• A completed university degree, for example in (Technical) Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• An affinity with topics such as process optimization, change management, digitalization, or procurement.

• An analytical, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented mindset.

• The ambition to develop quickly into a consultant within your field of expertise.

• Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Visio (advantageous but not required).

Working at Supply Value

As a trainee, you will work on client assignments from the very start, across various sectors and industries. You will support strategic projects in areas such as:

• Process improvement

• Digital transformation

• Sustainable procurement

You will work independently or together with experienced consultants and contribute to achieving concrete improvements.

In addtion to client work, you will also contribute to

• Internal projects and innovation initiatives

• Knowledge development within our organization

• Research within your specialization, leading to publications or presentations at professional events

Development and training

During the traineeship, you will follow a comprehensive development program focused on both professional and personal growth.

First year: Foundation and reflection

During your onboarding, you will get to know our organization, culture, and way of working. You will participate in training sessions on:

• Communication skills

• Project management

• Consulting techniques

You will also take part in regular reflection sessions led by HR, where you share experiences with fellow trainees and learn from one another.

Second year: Deepening and specialization

From the second year onward, you will choose your direction within one of our business areas:

• Procurement

• Supply Chain & Operations

• Digital

You will follow specialized training and intervision sessions guided by an external coach, focused on deepening your expertise and further strengthening your professional growth.

Our offer

• Salary indication: €2.825 - € 3.400 gross per month, depending on experience and education.

• Electric company car or NS Business Card

• Hybrid working with flexible hours

• One-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment

• 25 vacation days, with the option to purchase 5 additional days
