At Broshuis, we build trailers that travel all over the world. Our customers need to keep moving, always. That's why we're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Commercial Aftersales Representative to strengthen our team! You'll be the essential link between our customers, the warehouse, and the purchasing department. Your mission? Ensuring every customer receives the right parts on time.

From our warehouse, we ship parts and support to customers worldwide every day. As someone who thinks ahead and anticipates needs, you'll make sure everything runs smoothly. Do you have what it takes to not just satisfy customers, but truly delight them? Take the leap and grow with us at Broshuis!

What will you do?

• Assist customers via phone and email
• Offer and deliver spare parts
• Manage the aftermarket customer database
• Gather information and product specifications for parts
• Perform administrative tasks

Who are you?

You're someone who enjoys working together, takes responsibility, and strives to bring out the best in others. In addition, you have:

• You have at least MBO-level education and thinking
• You have experience in a commercial environment; experience in a technical setting is a plus
• You're familiar with ERP systems; knowledge of Infor LN is a plus
• You speak and write English and German fluently
