What will you do?

As a Digital Marketer, you'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategy. You know how to deliver the right message, at the right time, to the right audience. You combine creativity with data analysis to achieve maximum impact.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Analysing campaign results and continuously improving performance based on data and insights.
• Managing and strengthening our online presence across digital platforms.
• Creating engaging content and advertising materials aligned with our brand identity and marketing goals.
• Setting up, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns via LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other platforms.
• Managing marketing automation processes and email campaigns (e.g. via Brevo, Zoho, Mailchimp, or similar tools).
• Optimizing our website for conversions (CRO) and search visibility (SEO).
• Reporting on performance and insights to internal stakeholders and proposing improvement plans.
• Staying up to date with trends, tools, and innovations in digital marketing and translating these into actionable steps.
• Collaborating with the team to create and curate content that resonates with key audiences and supports lead generation and brand awareness.

Who are you?

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have 2-4 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
• You have excellent knowledge of online advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
• You have experience with marketing automation, SEO/SEA, and data analysis.
• You are fluent in English, spoken and written. French or Dutch is a big plus.
• You are proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Canva and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• You are creative, analytical, results-driven, and enjoy testing, measuring, and improving.
• Experience with content marketing and copywriting is a plus.
